Whether you’re looking to promote your business, clear out gently used items, or showcase your handmade products, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with hundreds of local shoppers.
Shoppers can browse a wide variety of vendors, discover unique handmade goods, support local businesses, hunt for garage sale treasures, enjoy delicious food, and celebrate the end of summer with the community.

All vendor registration fees help support BGC Fort McMurray’s free programs for children and youth, making your participation an investment in our community while promoting your business or organization.

BGC Kids Fun Zone Tickets give your family access to a safe, playful space where kids can participate in activities while you shop at our Big Summer Vendor Market. The kids fun zone will have an outdoor section with water activities, a pool, and games. While the indoor section will include a bouncy castle, laser tag and other fun games.
There is two ticket choices each with a 3 hour time period.
Group 1 : 10 am to 1 pm
Group 2: 1 pm to 4 pm
Each ticket is $15/child and $10 for any additional child.

BGC Fort McMurray is participating this year’s Canada Day Parade and is seeking volunteers to support our Canada Day Parade Safety Walker Team on July 1, 2026. This volunteer opportunity helps raise funds for our programs serving children and youth in the community.
Volunteers will assist with parade safety along the route and should be prepared to stand and walk for the duration of the event. The commitment is approximately 8:45 AM to 12:30 PM, and volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.
We’re looking for at least 10 volunteers to join our team. If you’re available and would like to support BGC Fort McMurray while helping make Canada Day celebrations safe and successful, we’d love to have you sign up!
In addition to our Safety Walker team, BGC Fort McMurray will also be participating in the Canada Day Parade, and we are looking for volunteers to walk alongside our float/group and help represent BGC in the celebration. Families, youth, staff, and supporters are all welcome to join us in showcasing our organization and the impact we make in the community.
We need to submit our volunteer roster shortly, so we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.

BGC Fort McMurray invites members, families, partners, and community supporters to attend our Annual General Meeting on June 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM at our Club located at 20 Riedel Street.
Join our Board of Directors as they reflect on the organization’s accomplishments and impact throughout 2025, provide updates on our programs and services, and share plans for the year ahead.
